When John branched out from his role as a PA in the emergency department to open our own IV hydration clinic, we did what most owners do: poured everything into the space, the protocols, and the patient experience.
Online, though, it felt like we were invisible.
We couldn’t reliably find our clinic for searches like “IV therapy near [your city].” Our Google Business Profile was half‑finished. Our social feed was a mix of stock images and random Canva templates that didn’t sound like us. Meanwhile, other clinics—some with less impressive care—were showing up first and getting the calls.
To make it worse, we were paying high‑dollar SEO and social media companies to manage our Google ads and online presence, and we still weren’t being found.
So we rolled up our sleeves and decided to fix it.
Mary, with a background in foreign language education and curriculum writing, quickly fell in love with creating websites, social media content, and marketing campaigns that actually made sense to patients. John began to dig deep into SEO, local search, and the business side of running a clinic.
Together, we tested what actually moves the needle for local practices: tightening Google Business Profiles, clarifying service pages, building simple review systems, and creating realistic social content that answers real patient questions. As the results started to show up in our own schedule—more “We found you on Google” calls and DMs—we realized other practices needed the same help.

John is a physician assistant with experience in emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine, pain management, and urgent care. He has owned and operated an IV hydration clinic and understands firsthand how it feels when great clinical care isn’t matched by an equally strong online presence.
Co-Founder
Mary is a former Spanish teacher and curriculum writer who shifted into digital marketing and social media management. She has led online communications for a church, Montessori schools, an IV clinic, nutrition coaching, and faith‑based nonprofits, and now focuses on helping clinics communicate clearly and consistently with the patients they want to serve.
